He wants to talk about beer annnnnnd some other things. For conversation, he bribed his friend and co-host, Nick Parker, with a promise of beer to come aboard and help him delve into cultural discussions of beer and beyond.

Homebrewer, beer lover, and new assistant brewer at Torn Label Brewing, Dez Jones joins the show. We talk beer, how she got interested and how she landed her new gig (Which is a HUGE deal). We also had a great conversation on diversity.
